The End of an Era...

I have decided it is time to put an end to this photo blog. I have been posting pictures much more comprehensively on my Flickr Account for some time now, and I don't want my relatively small readership to get overwhelmed with too many different blogs to check.

If there are any pictures I think are really important for my readers to see, I will post them with a description on my main blog, Behold How Free.

To see a full stock of my latest pictures, please refer to the Flickr Account.

The final "curtain call" for the Bach B Minor Mass with the Houston Chamber Choir. That's me on the way left! (Where's Waldo!)

Mezzo-soprano Emily Lodine, composer Stephen Paulus, and composer John Muehleisen.

Conductor Pam Elrod, composer Stephen Paulus, and me.

This was a rehearsal for the largest choir I have ever been apart of - a grand total of 600 people. (Well, one time I sang in a choir of 1,500 people at a youth group event, but that doesn't really count. They weren't really "singers.")

Craig Hella Johnson and Weston Noble leading mass choir rehearsals for our final concert of the festival.

Hanging out in the basement of the Wortham Center in the dressing rooms.

The chorus for Rameau's "Pygmalion" with the Mercury Baroque Ensemble.

I got to see two of my best friends over the holiday time in San Marcos. Mary and Jess and I went to Wheaton College together and have known each other for a long time now. I live in Houston, Jess lives in Oklahoma, and Mary lives in Alaska. As you can imagine, we don't get to see each other very much!

Me and Jess: You have no idea how far back we go! WAY back!

These pictures are from my trip to Ft. Myers, Florida to sing Messiah.

The four soloists. Yes, this picture does look like the senior prom. It was on purpose... :-)

Me singing "Comfort Ye."

My friend Aimee lives in Miami and came across Florida to see me.
